MY JOURNEY IN UX DESIGN AND RESEARCH
MS in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Washington
Nine years of industry experience in San Francisco, Berkeley and Seattle
Proven experience in mobile, tablet, desktop and mixed reality devices
Skilled in the application of human centered design and mixed methods research on ML/AI powered products, B2B, payment integrations, data visualization, design systems, design & developer tools, enterprise products, and geospatial interfaces
Open to in-person, remote & hybrid roles in Seattle and San Francisco
I start by understanding user needs and the problem space through research and data collection, using methods like stakeholder interviews, competitive snslysis, and literature reviews.
I analyze the insights gathered during the discovery phase to clearly understand and define the problem, then establish design goals, creating a focused problem statement.
Next, I ideate multiple potential solutions, and begin forming the user journey, wireframes, low-fidelity or click-through prototypes.
Finally, I refine and implement the best solution, to ensure it meets user needs, validate the solution, and iterate based on user / stakeholder feedback.
